Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you use ShipNative, we collect: • Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo, provided through your sign-in provider (Google or GitHub via Clerk). • App prompts and generated code — the prompts you submit and the projects ShipNative generates are stored in our database so you can access them later. • Usage data — page views, feature usage, build counts, and error logs, used to improve the product. • Payment information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

2. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the ShipNative service. • To associate generated projects with your account so you can retrieve them. • To enforce usage limits (free tier: 10 builds/day). • To send transactional emails (receipts, plan changes). We do not send marketing emails without your consent. • To debug errors and improve code generation quality.

3. Third-party services

4. Data retention

Your projects and account data are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Projects marked as public may be retained in anonymized form to power the community Explore gallery.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (session tokens via Clerk). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to data portability — you can download all your generated projects as ZIP files at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

7. Security

We use HTTPS for all data in transit, and your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. No security measure is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of ShipNative after changes constitutes acceptance.
